Anson House is proud to have achieved the prestigious Green Mark Platinum Award, from Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under the Green Mark 2021 (GM: 2021) criteria including earning the prestigious Whole Life Carbon (Cn) and Intelligence (In) badges.

The building is committed in achieving Net Zero Carbon Emissions by enhancing energy efficiency and adopting Green Electricity plans. It also integrates Singapore Green Building Product (SGBP) Certified equipment in its ACMV system to minimize environmental impact.

Since 2023, Anson House has made addressing climate change a priority and have started preparations to reduce greenhouse gas emission through design and implementation of new technologies. The building also collaborates with tenants through Green Lease agreements to ensure sustainable fit-outs throughout the building and enhances its operational visibility by introducing smarter control of its systems. Key features include dashboards with operational metrics, open protocol communication, asset tagging, water and airside optimisations, and continuous monitoring of energy consumption, water usage, and greenhouse gas emissions.
